Gwylym Cano has inspired, mentored and engaged students in the Art of Drama for the past ten years. Mr. Cano loves problems. In each are a multitude of solutions. He has integrated dramatics into science, math and history curriculums. He has created workshops for conflict resolution, made plays out of reading assignments, or taken theatre so far out of the box performers observed the audience performing the meaning-making function traditionally reserved for performers. (That one made the news! 60 students marched down the 16th street mall all blue. Blue clothes. Blue hair. Blue face. Carrying blue signs and distributing blue leaflets no words. Just a march.) Mr. Cano moved to Colorado in 1994 after graduating from Yale University. He is a veterano of El Centro Su Teatro.
