Educational Performances
This performance honors the Black experience of North, Central and South America through African drumming, dance and storytelling, African American spirituals and a variety of music! This high-energy performance will entertain and educate students about Black culture and history from Africa to the Americas.
Single Performance: $640 $675

Single Workshop Experience

Drum Gathering
This workshop gives students hands-on experience with African drums and percussion. Students will learn about the spirit of the drums, and how to play the language of the drum. The role of the drum in the struggle against slavery and why it is important to Blacks today will also be discussed. Fee: $385
